Questions about our products

How do I determine the desired color for my handles?

Please keep in mind that the representation on the monitor may deviate from the actual shade. Therefore, we offer the option to order leather samples in advance. In our SAMPLES section, you will find overviews of all available leather colors.

Can I order handles as samples?
To allow you to assess the quality and feel of our handles, we are happy to send you product samples. Simply order leather handles in your preferred variant and note in the order comments "SAMPLES" and optionally the desired color range, e.g., "light brown tones." We will check our inventory and promptly send you suitable in-stock items. Of course, we will include additional leather samples for your perfect color matching.

Can I return sample handles?
Yes! You can return in-stock items after sampling, and we will refund the invoice amount immediately upon receipt of the return.

How do I know which borehole distance to choose?
Our products come in standardized borehole distances. Measure the distance between existing boreholes to determine the fitting size for your handle. The borehole distance for the model series FIRENZE and MONACO-2-PURE may vary slightly. The recessed grip may run slightly flatter or deeper in case of deviating borehole distances.

We manufacture the RIVA, RIVA-MINI, SOHO and KENT models with your individual borehole distances. Please let us know the dimensions in the order processing.

How are minimaro leather pulls mounted?
All models are easily and securely attached to the furniture front with conventional screws. These screws are already included in the delivery.

Can I mount the handles in horizontal as well as vertical direction?
Yes, the orientation does not matter.

Which model is suitable for front edges?
Model KENT and VERONA are especially developed to fit front edges or mirrors. This handle can be screwed or milled into the front edge.

Are leather handles suitable to be used in kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes, our furniture handles can be used in kitchens or bathrooms without any problems. However, please avoid exposing the handles to constant moisture or harsh cleaners. The SOHO model has been specially developed for use in kitchens and high-traffic areas. Please note that vintage leather reacts to moisture and quickly develops a strong "used look." For wet rooms, we recommend our standard leather.

Are leather handles suitable for commercial use?
Absolutely! Our handles are commonly used in hotels and shops. They even reduce the risk of injury as they have no sharp edges.

Do I have to take care of my leather handles with special cleaners?
No! You can clean your handles with a slightly damp cloth to remove dirt. Regular care is not required.

Can I personalize my handles?
Yes. All of our products are handcrafted. Our customers are able to choose from a large variety of leather colors and stitching to create the product that fits their individual expectations. Custom imprints or logos can be added as well upon request. Please contact us.

Which leather is used for minimaro products?
We only use high-quality European cowhide. It is characterized by its durability and is particularly easy to care for. Additionally, it requires little effort to maintain the look and quality of the handles or lamps. These features make our products a great fit and a stylish accessory for areas with high demands such as hotel interiors, kitchens, as well as store and office furnishing.

Can I order the same leather used for my handles as a cut?
Yes. We are able to provide the same leather as blank cut for your additional projects. We will charge per square meter. Please contact us with your request. We are here to help!

Can I return or exchange the ordered products?
Consumers can generally return products within the scope of their statutory right of withdrawal. However, please understand that the right of withdrawal does not apply to leather handles and table lamps that we manufacture specifically according to your wishes. This is the only way we can offer such a wide range of products. If you are unsure about the selection, we will be happy to send color samples or sample handles on request.
